THE SURRENDERED LEADER ~ surrendering leadership

New paradigme and era leadership takes a surrendered leader ! (is my stand here).
You know you are a leader beyond institutions.
A leader of something new.
You've worked hard and long to keep up spirit, not only for yourself, but for those who are open to a new path.
You've worked hard and long to grasp and spread the truths arising from within you.

Sometimes it strikes you whether it is even leading anywhere.
It has been your survival kit, but the inspired visionary drive
that "this is IT ~ this will birth a new world" seems to show no manifestation.

As you see the world around keep falling apart there comes a point where I surrender.
I still am a leader. That knowing is in my etherical DNA.
I need to find my way ~ with no followers, no plan, no ideas and structures to hold me.
I can only surrender to the unknown ~ knowing my sense at heart is all there is.
Where will this lead me, where will it take us!!??
I have nothing but question marks ~ and yet....
What IF !!??

The long buried 'what if' pops up in my mind.

What if I keep holding the vision I initially knew as my truth ~ BUT let it move its own ways.
What if it tales to evolve a deeper FAITH.
Faith in this inner sense of centering where 'what is' lives.
Faith in the unknown beyond mine nor anyone’s current understandings.
What if i can build TRUST. Trust that SOMETHING knows where we're headed.
AND I’m not just a drop. I am a drop of colours projecting rainbows in the sky for those who stand in their position to see and to recall ~ and those who, in this moment of movement, HOLD the golden field.
What if TOGETHER we will keep the vision alive, individually fluctuating in and out of CLARITY.

When one or many of us is exhausted, the new being built behind the visible and physically perceptible appearance will anyhow work its ways. And those who sense it, will witness when my anger awakens the power of dispair and giving up turns into surrendering. Will witness my tears and know the pain that holds my HUMAN HEART, that is central to my living and cosmic foresight..
